Shipping:

All items listed, except where noted, are Ready to Ship (RTS) items. RTS items will be shipped within 3 business days of purchase.

A shipping charge of $6 is for USPS padded priority flat-rate mail. I can typically include 2 pieces in one mailer for the same shipping fee. This fee includes tracking and $50 of insurance.  It is strongly encouraged to purchase additional insurance for your item should it exceed $50.  Please contact me if you would like to add on the insurance.  Once your package has been picked up by USPS, I am no longer responsible for the contents of your package.


Returns:

Returns are done on a case-by-case basis.  In general, no returns will be accepted.  Only in the event that I have made a mistake will a return be granted.  Returns MUST be in unworn, unused condition.  If I determine that this item has been worn or used, a refund will not be issued.


Refunds:

Refunds will not be granted except in instances where I have made a mistake and the customer does not want a corrected item.  If you purchase an item and decide you no longer want it, there are numerous Facebook boutique boards you can re-sell on.


Custom Orders:

Custom orders are possible from time to time.  A NON-REFUNDABLE down payment of 50% (not including shipping charges) is due before I will begin any custom order.   The remaining 50% + shipping charges are due before your item will ship.  At the time your down payment has been successfully received, I will purchase the necessary materials to complete your item.  Custom orders generally have a turn-around time of 10 business days.  If a longer period of time is required to complete your project, this will be discussed and agreed upon before the initial down payment invoice is sent.
